Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Information Technology Expert to manage and maintain our office's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in internet networking, IP configuration, VPN setup, and must be able to ensure smooth, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1-Manage and troubleshoot internet connectivity and networking issues.

2-Configure and maintain static/dedicated IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN networks, routers, firewalls, and switches.

3-Set up, monitor, and maintain VPN connections (including remote access for international portals).

4-Regularly update and secure all network devices and systems.

5-Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements.

6-Provide technical support to office staff during night shift.

7-Maintain documentation of IT configurations, network layouts, and system updates.

8-Ensure data protection, privacy, and compliance with security standards.

9-Coordinate with ISPs for service issues, upgrades, and dedicated IP management.

Requirements

1-Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, networking, and system support.

2-Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, port forwarding, and VPN protocols.

3-Experience working with network switches, routers, firewalls, and remote desktop setups.

4-Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.

5-Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

6-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

7-Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
