Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Near Airport, Model Colony, Karachi (On-site)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Rs:50,000 – Rs:70,000 per month

About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring their queries, concerns, and requests are addressed with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records by documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm issues are fully resolved.
  • Stay updated on the U.S. healthcare industry and company services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience (international preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours).
