Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Buyer In-direct Procurement. The Buyer In-direct Procurement will be responsible for managing purchasing processes and purchase orders, communicating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. Having in depth knowledge of local market, sourcing and processing of general order supplies business. The role involves sourcing items from local markets, preparing quotations, handling tenders, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth procurement process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
  • 2-3 Years of General order supplier or similar procurement role
  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills , negotiation skills an problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint (xlookup, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis quotation & presentations)
  • Excellent Communication skills for dealing with and clients
  • Knowledge of Purchasing
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a startup company
