Hiring Performance Marketing Experts for Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) Hub Pakistan.

Experience: 6+ years in paid social and search (Digital Media Buying)

Location: Karachi

Job Description:

  • Lead digital advertising campaign setup, pacing, and optimization for multi-market activations on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google dashboards.
  • Leverage audience data, pixel signals, and first-party insights to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective strategies with a structured test-learn-optimize approach.
  • Oversee and guide a team of media buyers, managers, and executives; set clear deliverables and review outputs regularly.
  • Provide hands-on training on campaign management, QA processes, and reporting best practices.
  • Encourage knowledge-sharing and maintain a high standard of delivery across the hub.
  • Lead performance reviews, career conversations, and certification compliance for all direct reports.
  • Ensure campaign QA, budget accuracy, and error-free execution through standardized checklists and processes.
  • Maintain pacing dashboards, variance trackers, and health check reports across accounts.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements that enhance team efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks for the performance function.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regional client teams.
  • Partner with planning, strategy, and analytics functions to ensure alignment on campaign insights and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with tech partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) for product adoption and beta testing.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on execution XP with 4-5 advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Google Search & Performance Max) is mandatory.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, pacing trackers)
  • Pro-active in team management, KPI tracking and SOP compliance
  • Prior experience managing a team of 4+ media buyers
  • Prior XP working in agencies and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in English.
