Ahmed Solutions is a digital marketing agency registered and headquartered in Ireland. We work with international local businesses, U.S. service providers, and e-commerce brands. Our core expertise is in performance marketing (Meta and Google Ads), helping businesses acquire customers and scale profitably.
Ahmed Solutions is also the parent company of Patients Flow, which works exclusively with medical doctors and clinics in the U.S. to help them generate and schedule new patient appointments through structured advertising and scheduling systems.
This role will primarily support the Patients Flow division, managing ongoing client relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Role Purpose
The role focuses on making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the progress of their campaigns. You will manage communication across Zoom calls, email, and chat, while coordinating with media buyers and support teams internally.
This is a client-facing account management role — not sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain consistent, professional communication.
- Conduct scheduled review and status calls over Zoom to discuss performance, needs, and priorities.
- Respond to client inquiries within working hours and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
Client Retention & Satisfaction
- Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Track and work toward retention KPIs such as account stability, support responsiveness, and client satisfaction indicators.
- Proactively identify risks of dissatisfaction and resolve issues before they escalate.
Internal Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with media buyers, scheduling coordinators, and support roles to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Review campaign performance with the internal team and translate insights into clear communication for clients.
- Maintain structured documentation of calls, follow-ups, tasks, and outcomes.
Referrals & Client Advocacy
- Identify when clients are satisfied and guide them into our referral bonus program where appropriate.
- Conduct short interviews or testimonial-style sessions with satisfied clients for internal case studies and brand content.
- Share feedback and testimonial material with the sales/marketing team for use in outreach and authority-building.
Upsells & Growth Opportunities
- Recognize when clients may benefit from additional services or expanded support.
- Coordinate with leadership or sales to introduce relevant service upgrades.
- Support the sales team by informing them of account expansion opportunities without applying pressure to clients.
Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like in This Role)
- Stable and satisfied client accounts over time.
- Low churn rate and strong retention outcomes.
- Clear communication notes and well-documented account status.
- Positive client feedback and testimonial participation.
- Appropriate referral and upsell opportunities identified and communicated to the sales team.
- Smooth coordination between client expectations and internal execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or similar client-facing roles.
- Confidence running professional Zoom calls.
- Organized approach to managing multiple accounts.
Work Schedule & Commitment Requirement
- This role requires night shift work aligned with U.S. hours.
- Applicants must be able to consistently maintain night shift availability.
- A minimum 6-month commitment is expected.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in a marketing agency or healthcare service environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or workflow platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Slack, Notion).
Compensation & Growth
- 70,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR/month depending on experience and level of responsibility.
- Performance-based incentives may apply.
- Growth to Senior Client Success Manager → Accounts Lead is possible based on performance.
- Fully remote role with structured systems and expectations.
