IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manager SME Channel Steering position is responsible for mapping SME performance against goals and coordination with Finance for SME revenue booking & reporting.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Coordinate with Finance for realization, booking, collection and reporting of SME revenue/budget as per applicable IFRS standards and internal policies.
  • Implement controls to make sure that sale processes are aligned with best practices from revenue assurance and compliance perspective.
  • Forecast sale/revenue based on recent trends, seasonality, promotions, and other variables.
  • Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations for maximizing revenue potential.
  • Perform channel & product-based analysis to generate useful insights. Identify areas of concern related to quality of sales, base revenue & subscriber churn.
  • Design effective dashboards for tracking of sales/base/revenue/collection/churn and coordinate for implementation & automation.
  • Develop customized business cases, validate customer contracts, offers and discounts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required (Preferably in Finance/Accounting).
  • 5 years overall experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.

Technical Competencies:

  • Revenue Booking
  • MS SQL
  • Advance Excel
