IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

As a Manager Commercial Planning Reporting & Analysis, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing B2B channel activities within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of B2B channels.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and implement B2B channel strategies aligned with business objectives, target markets, and customer segments.
  • Work closely with management, finance, HR and other stakeholders in developing channel KPIs and incentive structure.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, retention rates, and market share.
  • Share Daily\Weekly\Monthly channel performance reports with management for effective tracking and monitoring of all front resources.
  • Development and disbursement of monthly channel incentive in close coordination with Finance, HR, and compliance team.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with channel and regional heads to identify areas for improvement and growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of relevant Telecom experience will be preferred.

Technical Competencies:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Powerpoint
