We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Data Analyst to join our team. This is a foundational role in a newly established department focused on tracking and analyzing operational data across our clinical research processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, be adept at organizing and analyzing data, and possess a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks in operations. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree from IBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize operational data from various clinical research projects and business units.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in clinical and operational workflows, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into the performance and health of clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical research and operational success.
  • Assist in designing and implementing data tracking systems for real-time reporting and monitoring.
  • Support leadership in strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights related to clinical research operations.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards in handling clinical research data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from IBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high accuracy.
