Role Description
As a Takaful Sales Consultant for our Call Center, your responsibilities will include consulting with potential customers to recommend suitable Takaful products, addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Karāchi office.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and product recommendations
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to address customer needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients effectively
- Previous experience in Consulting or advisory roles is preferable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a call center environment
- Understanding of Takaful products and Shariah-compliant services is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and relevant computer tools is desirable
