About the Role:

We are hiring a commission based business developer who can bring clients from platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or through direct client hunting. Both remote and onsite applicants are welcome.

What We Offer:

  • 15% commission on every closed project
  • Base salary will be added after 3 months, along with commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send 2 to 7 customized proposals or client outreach daily
  • Participate in 1 to 2 short weekly calls for updates
  • Work with flexible timings, no fixed hours required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client acquisition (Upwork, Fiverr, or direct sales)
  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
