Commission Department Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Commission Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and maintain commission-related records and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in commission calculations and disbursements.
- Analyze data in Excel and prepare monthly/quarterly summaries for management.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and other relevant teams to resolve commission-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in
MS Office

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
