Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – PKR 80,000 + (Uncapped Commission)

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

NextWave Global Logistics is a dynamic and fast-growing logistics company specializing in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and end-to-end logistics services. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our sales team and help expand our client base.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing. You will be trained extensively on our services, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies. Relevant qualifications is nevessary - what matters most is your grit, wit, and excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients in target markets (primarily international).

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

Understand and articulate NextWave's logistics services effectively.

Follow up on leads and convert them into closed deals.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.

Job Specification – Business Development Executive

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant qualification, certifications and experience is a plus - we value hustle, resilience, and a go-getter attitude over degrees.

Excellent English communication (spoken & written) – MUST.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, emails).

Prior sales/cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory (extensive training will be provided).
