Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager Sales, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partners, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales and field sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies

  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our services

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely and successful implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
