Pakistan International Printers (PVT) Limited, a leader in high-quality offset printing and packaging solutions, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and help drive the growth of our business.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or support within the offset printing and packaging industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the printing and packaging processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategies for acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team, production, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support client meetings and project negotiations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle day-to-day sales coordination tasks, including order processing, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and resolving any issues related to sales or project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to support the sales team in achieving business objectives within the printing and packaging sector.
