Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager Sales based in Lahore. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves creating strategic sales plans, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets. The individual will also manage negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales and business development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding services, supply chain management, and international trade operations.
  • Experience in market research, strategy development, and sales planning.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
