Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end project planning, tracking, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and other project documentation.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical tasks.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Identify risks, communicate blockers, and assist in maintaining smooth project flow.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and meeting documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1.5–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or management (IT or healthcare background preferred).
  • Strong experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and requirement documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
