This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that blends
technical depth, infrastructure design, and people management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise IT strategy and infrastructure design across multiple regions
  • Oversee
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP
    and internal/external portals
  • Manage
    servers (Linux/Windows)
    , ensuring high performance and security
  • Administer and optimize
    Office 365
    environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Implement and maintain
    virtualization using Proxmox
  • Manage
    NAS storage
    and ensure reliable backup and recovery solutions
  • Configure and monitor
    PFSense firewalls
    and network security layers
  • Manage
    Nginx web servers
    — strong Linux command-line expertise required
  • Deploy IT asset management and automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to align with cybersecurity best practices
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT operations team

Requirements

  • 10+ years
    of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Linux administration (strong command-line and server hardening skills)
  • Windows Server environments
    (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
  • O365 administration and integration
  • Virtualization
    (Proxmox, Hyper-V, or VMware)
  • Network security and pfSense firewall management
  • Web server management (Nginx / Apache)
  • NAS storage and backup solutions
  • Experience implementing
    CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Strong IT governance, policy creation, and compliance knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Preferred Certifications:
    ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft Dynamics
