Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable customer support as per the assigned night shift schedule.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and intuition, delivering appropriate solutions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate fluently and professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Excellent English Communication: Fluent spoken English with strong written English skills, with proper grammar and punctuation, is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Adequate typing speed of 45 WPM or more.
  • Availability: Must be able to commit to the night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM) and commute to our office on College Road, Township, Lahore. This is not a remote position.
  • Mindset: A fast learner with a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to reliability.
  • Experience: Prior experience in international customer service is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
