Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Online Customer Support Services Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our online customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., shipping, inventory, marketing) to resolve issues.
- Monitor and respond to reviews or customer feedback as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in online customer support, e-commerce, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills; strong grammar and typing ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using customer service platforms (e.g., eBay, Wow mart, Shopify, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with online selling platforms (eBay, Amazon, Wow Mart, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of order fulfillment and tracking processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools or CRM systems.
