Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern (leading to Job, based on performance)
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and administrative support. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with
    recruitment activities
    , including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Support the
    onboarding and offboarding
    processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Help organize
    HR events
    and initiatives such as training sessions, employee engagement programs, or wellness activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
  • Handle
    general administrative tasks
    such as filing, data entry, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
    , or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
