We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

*  Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.

*  Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

*  Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications.

*  Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.

*  Handle basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support.

*  Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.

*  Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

*  Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

*  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

*  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

*  Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

*  Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
