The HR Intern will provide essential support to the HR Officer in various areas of human resources management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR practices and processes. The intern will assist with a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and Data management. The HR Intern will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support in follow-ups with employees regarding their training.
- Maintain a record of Employees' Medical Claims.
- Support the HR Officer to proceed with HR Operations smoothly
- Coordination with other Departmental Heads and employees to ensure the timely completion of HR tasks.
- Fulfill HR responsibilities and other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Complete degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in HR and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Duration and Compensation:
- It's a Paid Internship
- 3 Months Duration
