About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in driving measurable growth through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website ranking, organic traffic, and visibility.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, conversions).

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) for consistent messaging and brand alignment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad features, and algorithm updates.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing across Amazon, Google, and Meta Ads.

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through PPC and SEO campaigns.

  • Strong command of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and strategic decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce and marketplace growth strategies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Advertising) will be a plus.
