Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing professional, based in Faisalabad. The role involves the development and execution of marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and leveraging data to drive sales across various performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize campaigns, analyze market conditions, and maintain consistent brand messaging. Regular interactions with stakeholders and community feedback loops will be key to refining campaigns and ensuring greater reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and understand consumer behavior.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy development, including planning and executing performance-based campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market needs.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
