We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Order Processor to support our order processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely entry, verification, and tracking of customer orders, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and processing customer purchase orders accurately in the order management system.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and customer information to ensure completeness and accuracy of orders.
  • Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Help resolve order discrepancies or delays, coordinating with appropriate teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date order records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Support inventory checks and stock level updates related to order processing.
  • Assist in generating packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels when required.
  • Provide basic customer support for order status inquiries or changes.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance standards in all order-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or related administrative roles (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM software).
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory or order management systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of logistics or fulfillment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
