Role Overview

We are hiring a Remote Airbnb Pricing Specialist to manage and optimize pricing for our international property portfolio. The role focuses on setting competitive rates, tracking performance, and using dynamic pricing tools to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy.


Key Responsibilities

Set and adjust daily/seasonal pricing for Airbnb and other platforms.

Monitor competitor pricing, local demand, and market trends.

Use pricing tools (PriceLabs, AirDNA, Beyond, etc.) to forecast and optimize.

Report on key metrics: Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on promotions and offers.


Qualifications

2+ years of pricing/revenue management experience (hospitality or Airbnb).

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to work remotely and independently.

Must not be working with any other company at the same time.


What We Offer

Fully remote position.

Monthly salary: 45,000 PKR + performance bonuses.
