We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our Medical College in Sukkur. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the university in line with the vision and mission of the institution.
  • Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions of the university.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow accreditation visits by the national/international regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional and academic standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the institution in various regulatory authorities, policy staff, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

Experience:

As per PMDC guidelines qualification: shall be a professor having level III qualification in medical sciences as follows:

  • FCPS, PhD
  • MPhil/MS in the relevant subject
  • Should have at least 10 years of teaching experience as Professor
  • Prior experience as Principal or Dean will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation requirements, regulations of the PMDC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to provide visionary leadership and manage complex academic and administrative staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in academic and administrative processes.

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Doctorate (Preferred)
