About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Medical Scribe to join our team. As a medical scribe, you will work closely with a physician based in the US, providing real-time documentation and administrative support during patient consultations. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a critical role in the efficiency and accuracy of patient records and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Documentation:
Accurately document patient encounters, including history, physical exam, assessment, and plan of care, in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

·
Charting:
Ensure comprehensive and precise charting of patient information, ensuring all relevant details are captured.

·
Administrative Support:
Assist the physician with various administrative tasks, including managing patient records, updating medical charts, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

·
Real-Time Support:
Provide real-time scribing support during patient visits via video conferencing, ensuring all patient interactions are thoroughly documented.

·
Data Entry:
Enter patient information into the EMR system quickly and accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

·
Follow-Up:
Assist in the follow-up of patient care by documenting any post-visit instructions and ensuring patients receive the necessary information.

Qualifications:

·
Educational Background:
A minimum of a MBBS degree or equivalent is required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is preferred.

·
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills in English. Ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers and patients.

·
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry.

·
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·
Experience:
Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
