We are seeking an energetic and motivated
Cold Caller
to join our team for the
night shift
. The ideal candidate will have at least
6 months to 1 year of experience
in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients during night shift hours.
  • Clearly communicate company offerings and create interest.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    6 months of experience
    in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working
    night shift
    (US/International timings).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
