Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Specialist
to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR policies, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes to support our clinic's growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of HR experience
    (experience in healthcare or service industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
