What we do
We are Software company, our SaaS product CloudGate is a modular Physical Identity and Access Management platform designed to manage physical and logical identities and credentials. CloudGate unites global identities from disparate Physical and logical access control systems.
About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. This is an onsite role with rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement network solutions in line with organizational needs.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor network performance, ensure optimal operation, and resolve any network-related issues promptly.
• Security Management: Maintain and implement network security protocols, including firewall configurations, and ensure systems are protected from cyber threats.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed logs of network configurations, changes, and performance issues, and generate reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve issues, implement network enhancements, and support projects that require network connectivity.
• Incident Response: Respond to network outages and incidents promptly, investigating root causes and implementing corrective measures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
- Proven experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE-1, NSE-2, NSE-3, NSE-7, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.

About Schedule
Working Hours and Schedule:
- 40 plus hours per week - Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed
- This role will require flexibility, including rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 network coverage
