Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Support Engineer, located in Lahore. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, ensuring network security, providing technical support, and troubleshooting network-related issues. This role requires hands-on involvement in optimizing network performance and resolving any network disruptions to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and cabling.
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing Network / application/system / printer problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems, such as connectivity issues, slow performance, and security breaches.
  • Implement solutions to resolve network issues and maintain optimal performance.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with Network Security
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
