Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Peshawar. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and coordinate with different departments to meet production targets. The role involves supervising production staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety standards, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, production processes, and quality control
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of electrical manufacturing or switchgear products
  • Ability to oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize production processes
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems and production software preferred
