We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Manager Executive to oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination with our Australian clients and teams. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills to manage daily office functions, support management activities, and maintain operational efficiency during Australian working hours.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, team coordination, and client correspondence, with the ability to work independently and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure workflow efficiency across departments.
  • Coordinate with Australian clients, teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff in scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage official records and documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and client data.
  • Prepare and track performance metrics, expense reports, and other operational summaries.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks aligned with Australian business hours.
  • Support management in implementing new policies, systems, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations management roles (preferably supporting international or Australian clients).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Must be comfortable working during Australian time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a BPO, healthcare, or corporate services environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative compliance and reporting protocols.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
