Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Officer
to manage day-to-day administrative operations and maintain accurate control over company inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels are updated and accurate.
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of all admin and inventory-related activities.
- Prepare expense and usage reports using Excel.
- Assist management in monitoring office expenses and optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
in
BBA (Finance/Administration)
or any other relevant field.
- Proven experience in administration or inventory management will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(data entry, formulas, reporting, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
