Admin Executive

Quecko is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office operations, coordinate with vendors, and support HR and management in ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations, cleanliness, and maintenance.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
· Handle correspondence, couriers, and documentation.
· Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
· Maintain records of office assets, bills, and payments.
· Support HR and Finance departments with administrative needs.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Manage reception area and visitor log when required.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
· months – 2 years of relevant experience in administration or office management.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
