About the Role:

We are seeking a 
Customer Service Representative
 who has hands-on experience working in Gulf countries and a proven ability to engage with potential clients effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and skilled in managing client interactions while maintaining organised lead data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients through calls, messages, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Schedule, align, and close meetings with potential clients to support business development.
  • Maintain and update leads, client interactions, and follow-up details in structured sheets/databases.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve client satisfaction and overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in 
    customer service or client-facing roles in Gulf countries
    .
  • Proven track record of scheduling or closing meetings with potential clients.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in handling diverse client profiles.
  • Quick to respond and highly reliable with both messages and calls.
  • Proficient in maintaining lead data in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems.
