Role Description

YSF Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Lahore. This full-time role involves directly assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Qualifications

  • Proven Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Experience Enhancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, with a calm and patient demeanor
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience in the same industry will be a plus point
