We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing website performance, improving customer conversion rates, and collaborating with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience. This is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and an interest in driving business growth through data insights and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze website user journeys to identify drop-off points and conversion barriers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including UI/UX evaluation, and recommend improvements.
  • Suggest actionable strategies to optimize membership plan pages and product pages for higher conversions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement recommended design improvements (BA will analyze and track results; mockups/design handled by UI team).
  • Measure before-and-after conversion performance to validate the impact of changes.
  • Support the design and implementation of customer acquisition funnels and strategies.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and development teams to streamline processes and improve engagement.
  • Assist in preparing business cases for new growth initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, insights, and recommendations.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tools.
  • Understanding of conversion funnels, user journey mapping, and growth metrics.
  • Ability to interpret UI/UX best practices and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
