Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role combines communication, coordination, and hands-on technical operations. The ideal candidate will bridge clients and developers, while also directly assisting with smaller technical tasks such as WordPress configurations, Excel data handling, server checks, and executing predefined troubleshooting steps. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working across both business and technical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the development team.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Provide clear updates to clients regarding progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor server or application dashboards to ensure systems are functioning as expected.
  • Perform manual interventions using predefined steps (e.g., restarting services, checking logs, validating connectivity).
  • Execute routine operational tasks to ensure business processes run smoothly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, technical coordinator, or technical operations role.
  • Ability to perform hands-on tasks in: WordPress (configuration, settings, troubleshooting), CSV / Excel manipulation, Basic server/hosting environments (monitoring, following predefined procedures)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear, structured technical tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Understanding of DNS, hosting, email configurations, or basic debugging.
  • Exposure to QA testing processes or writing simple test cases.

Probation Period

The selected candidate will be subject to a 1-month probationary period. During this time, performance and cultural fit will be evaluated. Successful completion will lead to a permanent position within the team.
