We are looking for a
motivated and fluent English-speaking Sales Caller with an American accent
to join our team. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate with customers over the phone, explain our products clearly, and close sales effectively.

This is a
performance-based role
with both
salary and commission opportunities
, depending on the number of sales closed.

Salary & Commission Structure:

- Base Salary:- 25 Sales → 20,000 PKR
- 30 Sales → 25,000 PKR
- 40 Sales → 30,000 PKR
- 50 Sales → 35,000 PKR
- 60 Sales → 40,000 PKR
- 70 Sales → 45,000 PKR
- 80 Sales → 50,000 PKR
- 90 Sales → 55,000 PKR
- 100 Sales → 60,000 PKR
- Commission Only (if less than 25 sales achieved):- 500 PKR per sale

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a
    clear American accent
  • Previous experience in sales/call center/customer service is preferred
  • Ability to persuade, build rapport, and close sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Must be able to work in night shift
