Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Karachi Division. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, implementing strategies to improve key metrics, and collaborating with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality ads. The role also involves tracking and reporting on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and achieving marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, including knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and various ad platforms
  • Data analysis and A/B testing skills to optimize campaign performance
  • Strong project management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
  • Experience with social media marketing and email marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division
