Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels —
    LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases
    .
  • Conduct
    initial screenings and technical assessments
    to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to leadership (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and salary benchmarks for tech talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
    , Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in technical recruiting (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of
    technical roles, stacks, and terminology.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ATS systems
    and
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    or similar sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience recruiting for
    product-based

  • Familiarity with
    behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques

  • Understanding of
