Job Overview:

Prismware Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, particularly in IT and software development roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent for our organization. This role requires the ability to work onsite in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and maintain close collaboration with our hiring managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

Screening & Interviewing:

• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Development of technical interview questions and assessments.

Candidate Experience:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements of each role.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles such as software developers, IT engineers, and data analysts.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Excellent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and use of social media.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Other Requirements:
• Must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and be able to work onsite during the specified hours.
• Ability to work late-night shifts and adjust to the required schedule.
