We are looking for an experienced Finance / Commissions Executive having expertise in managing commissions within the company.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end
    agency commissions
    : intake, calculation, approvals, payouts, and exception handling.
  • Track
    funding
     (first-draft → funded), reconcile paid vs pending, and resolve variances with carriers/ops.
  • Perform
    daily/weekly analysis
     on commissions & funding (trends, fall-offs, agent/team, carrier mix).
  • Reconcile transactions and statements
     across banks, carriers, processors, and internal systems (Workforce/CRM).
  • Maintain a complete
    audit trail
    : journals, payout files, supporting docs, SOPs, and close checklists.
  • Publish
    standard reports
     (MTD/YTD; team/agent/carrier views) and drive process improvements with Finance/Payroll/Operations.
  • Lead
    issue resolution
     (chargebacks, reversals, short-pays) with clear timelines and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years
     in commissions, AR/AP, financial operations, or revenue ops (BPO/insurance/tele-sales preferred).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, nested formulas); bonus for basic SQL or Power BI.
  • Detail-obsessed reconciler comfortable with large datasets; clear written and verbal communication.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • 0% payout error rate
     with documented checks before release.
  • 100% on-time report & payout delivery per agreed SLAs.
  • Improved funding capture and reduced outstanding balances.
  • Complete monthly close package that is audit-ready.

Please note that it will be a full time onsite role for our office located in Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
