Job Description
We are looking for a
motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our growing sales team at
Altaf Developments
. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote our exclusive property portfolio, and close successful deals. You'll represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers through calls, networking, and property events.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of Altaf Developments' projects and offerings.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, MS Office).
- Valid driver's license (if applying for "On the Road" position).
- Real Estate License (preferred or willing to obtain).
