Telesales Representative – U.S. Campaign (Night Shift | On-site Lahore)

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Night Shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Rs. 100,000 Base + Unlimited Commissions

Bonuses: Monthly incentives + Annual performance increments

Long-Term Benefit: Gratuity bonus after 3 years of service

We're expanding our U.S.-based Life Back Taxes telesales campaign and looking for confident, fluent English speakers ready to grow in sales and client acquisition.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Representative, you'll connect with potential U.S. clients, explain our services, and close sales confidently and professionally.

If you're fluent in English and passionate about achieving results, we'll provide paid training and performance support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. customers and qualify leads
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a professional manner
  • Promote company services and close sales confidently
  • Identify client needs and offer the right solutions
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on prospects
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills – spoken & written
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Must be comfortable with night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
