Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is hiring dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

In this role, you'll engage with clients across the US and Canada, promoting our freight forwarding and logistics services, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ambition to grow in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Present and promote ATU Logistics' freight and transportation solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend customized logistics options.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads via calls and emails to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (experience with the US/Canada market is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and email tools.
  • Confident, motivated, and goal-driven personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Must be available for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
