Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
B2B Sales Closer
to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. This role focuses on managing the final stages of the sales cycle, conducting meetings from
Upwork, Fiverr, marketing campaigns, and other freelancing/digital platforms
, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate must have
proven experience in B2B sales and deal closing across the USA
, along with strong proficiency in CRM systems, lead generation tools, and outreach automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations with prospects from
    Upwork, Fiverr, inbound marketing, and other lead sources
    .
  • Engage with pre-qualified leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial deals.
  • Build trust by understanding client pain points, objectives, and market challenges.
  • Consistently follow up via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records in
    HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL (GoHighLevel)
    , or similar systems.
  • Utilize
    Lusha, Wiza, Apollo, ZoomInfo
    , and similar tools for lead enrichment and targeted outreach.
  • Execute effective
    email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
    using automation tools.
  • Collaborate with lead generation, marketing, and account management teams for smooth client handover.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in B2B sales and deal closing across the USA market.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRMs like
    HubSpot, Salesforce, and GHL
    .
  • Skilled in lead generation tools (
    Lusha, Wiza, Apollo, ZoomInfo
    ) and outreach automation tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as
    Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
    for business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

  • Lead-to-deal conversion rate.
  • Sales revenue generated from US-based clients.
  • Closing rate from Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels.
  • Average deal size and closing time.
  • CRM data accuracy and outreach performance metrics.
