B2B Sales Closer – AI & Software Development Experience Only
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Closer to join our business development team. This role focuses exclusively on turning qualified prospects into signed contracts. The Sales Closer will work with prospects handed over by business development team engaging them in high-value sales conversations, handling objections, and finalizing contracts.
If you have exceptional negotiation skills, a proven track record of closing high-value deals in software, IT solutions, AI/ML solutions, and web development, and a passion for delivering value-driven technology solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of leads generated by the business development team.
- Conduct discovery and needs assessment meeting to deeply understand client requirements.
- Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations for AI, ML, and web development solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Overcome objections and instill confidence in clients to proceed with the purchase.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping and proposals.
- Maintain an updated record of all sales activities, proposals, and contract.
- Meet and exceed closing KPIs, including conversion rate, revenue targets, and deal size.
- Provide feedback to business development teams to refine lead quality and sales messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in closing high-value deals, preferably in software, IT solutions, or AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, web development technologies, and SaaS sales processes.
- Polished and professional presence with strong confidence in delivering persuasive presentations during online video meetings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, US-shift environment.
